Dr. Nathan S. Cummings
Dr. Cummings had a snare drum at the age of five. There must be a connection between the rhythm of percussion and the science of chiropractic care, because both have become his professional passions. Born and raised in a small town in Wisconsin, Dr. Cummings earned his first degree in Biology from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. Of course, he didn't forsake his love of music, playing drums and singing for several performing groups in high school and college.
The love of science won the career battle, and Dr. Cummings earned his Doctorate in Chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic of Florida in 2007. He served the college and student body as Vice President and Secretary of his class. While pursuing his DC, he participated in the Clinic Abroad program in India, participating in clinical studies. He's also a Certified Chiropractic Extremity Practitioner (CCEP). Dr. Cummings lives in Greenville, South Carolina, with his wife, Anne Marie, and two young daughters, Katherine and Jacqueline. Dr. Cummings still plays drums and sings in a local band.
